伊夫·卡米耶·德西雷·莱特姆（荷兰语：Yves Camille Désiré Leterme，发音：[ˈiːf ləˈtɛrmə]；法语发音：[iv lətɛʁm]；1960年10月6日—），前任比利时首相[1] 。
1960年生于韦尔菲克，比利时政治家，荷语基督教民主党成员，2008年3月20日就任首相后，仅九个月就因被最高法院指出政府在富通拆分案审理过程中存在着干预司法的迹象而辞职。
2009年11月25日在赫尔曼·范龙佩当选为欧盟首任常任主席后，再次接任首相。2010年4月22日荷语自由民主党宣布退出执政联盟后，莱特姆向比利时国王阿尔贝二世提交辞呈。6月9日举行的大选，出现悬峙国会，未能筹建联合政府，他遂继续担任看守政府首相，直至2011年12月5日新政府组成正式离任，成为世上担任看守首相时间最长的人。
