中玉兹（哈萨克语：Орта жүз，罗马化：Orta jüz）是哈萨克汗国势力最大的部分，又称中帐、左部。
版图在现在中部哈萨克丘陵一带，北至鄂木斯克，西至咸海，东至阿尔泰山的塔尔巴哈台与额尔齐斯河，南至锡尔河。
有六大部落：克烈、乃蛮、阿尔根、钦察、弘吉剌、瓦克（汪古）。势力最大的是阿尔根。
他们最后一位汗王是阿布赉曾孙karesary。1817年中帐被俄罗斯帝国并吞。
在19世纪末和20世纪初，中玉兹哈萨克人人数约为135万人。如果加上住在中国和蒙古的克烈和乃蛮人，他们的人数将超过350万。
