中国有色矿业有限公司，简称中国有色矿业（英语：China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited，港交所：1258），是中国有色矿业集团旗下公司，主要在赞比亚开采铜矿。
2012年5月，中国有色矿业计划在香港上市，集资18.27至24.36亿元。中国有色矿业引入中国远洋、中国铁建及私募基金慧柏投资为基础投资者。[1][2]其后，因应市况不佳，中国有色矿业推迟上市。[3]
2012年6月，中国有色矿业再启动上市计划，发售8.7亿股新股，招股价介乎2.1至2.8港元。[4]中国有色矿业再终把招股价订在2.2元，在6月29日于香港交易所上市。
