中国香港三项铁人总会（英语：Triathlon Association of Hong Kong, China）是专门管辖香港三项铁人、陆上两项铁人和水陆两项铁人事务的组织。该组织成立于1984年[1]。现时，中国香港三项铁人总会是国际铁人三项联盟和亚洲三项铁人协会的成员，旗下的主要比赛有水陆两项铁人联赛、 陆上两项铁人联赛以及分龄组三项铁人赛等。
