约翰·克里斯托弗·赖利（英语：John Christopher Reilly，1965年5月24日—），是一名美国男演员。
他生于芝加哥，在家中六个孩子中排行第五。父亲是爱尔兰裔美国人，母亲是立陶宛裔美国人[1][2]。父亲John Reilly, Sr.经营一家纺织品公司[3][4]。家人信仰天主教[5][6]，他就读于天主教中学—Brother Rice High School[7][8]。后来毕业于芝加哥的帝博大学。
1992年，他与独立电影制片人艾莉森·迪基（Alison Dickey）结婚，并且育有二子。
赖利本身为素食主义者。
