2008年夏季残疾人奥林匹克运动会蒙古代表团于2008年9月6日至17日参加在中国北京举行的第13届残疾人奥运会。
蒙古在本届残奥会将派出6名运动员出战包括田径、射箭、射击、盲人柔道等合共四个项目。蒙古队在今届残事中夺得一面金牌，亦是历年来取得的首面残奥会奖牌。
