黄兰叶（1959年—），台湾台中人，1995年，黄兰叶自行创立“黄璟有限公司”，为台湾唯一以缂丝经营团队者[1][2]，2015年经台中市登录认定为传统工艺缂丝保存者。[3]2020年获中华民国文化部登录认定为重要传统工艺缂丝保存者。[4]
