冯去疾（？—前208年）是战国时期秦人，在秦始皇时任右丞相。冯亭之孙。
前211年秦始皇出外远巡时，右丞相冯去疾留在首都。[1]秦二世继位后，前209年关东多处爆发反秦起事，次年冯去疾与其子大将军冯劫、左丞相李斯联合向二世进谏，认为戍役多、税赋重是促使更多人加入叛乱的原因，请求二世停建阿房宫及减省戍役以减轻民困。二世不从，命人把三人治罪，冯去疾与冯劫不愿受辱，皆自杀死，李斯后来也被处死。[2]
