陈建刚（1979年3月—），山东汶上人，中国北京维权律师，曾代理辩护709大抓捕事件。因代理多起敏感案件遭受当局打压，其与家人2019年移居美国。他在美利坚大学法学院担任访问学者，也担任“新冠肺炎索赔法律顾问团”律师。[1][2]
其表示，当局曾为阻止他到云南旅游，而将家人抓捕，两名年幼儿子被警察用枪指著头威胁；陈建刚因此想前往美国让家人安全[3] 。2019年获得美国国务院的韩福瑞奖学金计划，在北京登机时被当局拦下不准出境。对此，美国国务院发言人曾于同年4月呼吁北京当局对其放行。[4]
