达罗·卢尼（英语：Darrell Rooney，1959年5月29日—），是加拿大动画师，以在迪士尼卡通工作室执导《狮子王2：辛巴的荣耀》和《花木兰2》而闻名。他于1978年开始在迪士尼工作[1] ，最初担任视觉效果动画师，并在《电子世界争霸战》中担任该职位。
在2001年，他因执导动画长片《小姐与流浪汉2：狗儿逃家记》而入围安妮奖。[2]。
