血管收缩（vasoconstriction），亦即血管收窄，是指体内血管管腔收窄，这会造成血压的上升。它的相反过程称为血管舒张。

血管收缩可以是由血管收缩剂造成。血管收缩剂是针对特定的受体，如抗利尿激素受体或肾上腺素受体。血管收缩剂亦会在临床使用增加血压或减低局部的血液流量。
此外，当面对高度的压力时会引发血管收缩。当环境寒冷时，血管收缩亦会在恒温动物的表面血管出现。这个过程目的是要使温暖的血液转流向动物的中央，防止体温的流失。[1]
