萨姆斯二世（公元前130年－前109年在位），科马基尼王国第二任国王，托勒密厄斯之子及继承人。

萨姆斯在位期间下令兴建撒摩撒他（Samosata）城堡（现淹没在土耳其Ataturk Baraji水坝之下）。萨姆斯二世卒于公元前109年，妻子名字不详，他的儿子及继承人名叫米特里达梯一世。
