善射者（依射击使用器械的不同，也可称神射手、神枪手、神箭手等），有时照语意也只称射手，是指一个人有优秀的射击技术。其对应的英语有Sharpshooter或Marksman[1]。
在英语的日常用语上，Sharpshooter或Marksman是近义词。但若指现行美军射击术等级，“Expert”射击术最好，译为“特等射手”；“Sharpshooter”次之，译为“一等射手”；“Marksman”再次之，译为“二等射手”；低于二等射手的为不合格。
