瑞泉寺（日语：瑞泉寺、ずいせんじ）是位于日本神奈川县镰仓市二阶堂的一座临济宗圆觉寺派的寺院，山号是锦屏山。本尊是释迦如来。这座佛寺以红叶著称。瑞泉寺由镰仓幕府幕臣二阶堂道蕴创建于嘉历2年（1327年）。
