灵戈尔德县（英语：Ringgold County）是美国艾奥瓦州南部的一个县，南邻密苏里州。面积1,396平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口5,469人。县治芒特艾尔（Mount Ayr）。
成立于1847年2月24日，县政府成立于1855年1月31日。县名纪念在帕洛阿尔托之役中阵亡的塞缪尔·林戈尔德[1]。
