梁正模（韩语：양정모，1953年1月22日—），是一位已退休的韩国自由式摔跤运动员，他在1976年蒙特利尔奥运上赢得金牌，成为大韩民国建国以来首位奥运金牌得主，也是朝鲜半岛自孙基祯以来第二位赢得金牌的运动员。8月3日一家报纸刊载了他的金牌并下了标题为：“一个获得国家长期希望的辉煌壮举”。[1]
