桑德兰市（英语：City of Sunderland）是英国东北英格兰泰恩-威尔郡的一个地方行政区，拥有英国城市地位。桑德兰市这一政区得名于政区内最大的居民点桑德兰，但范围比桑德兰市更大。桑德兰市成立于1974年。据2011年人口普查，桑德兰市有人口275,300人，其中174,286人居住在桑德兰[1]。整个桑德兰都市区的建成区有人口335,000人[1]。
