李德康，SBS，MH，JP，是前香港黄大仙区东头选区区议员、民建联成员，曾任黄大仙区议会主席。[1]
李自2007年香港区议会选举接棒自由党冯光中后，分别在2011年香港区议会选举及2015年香港区议会选举顺利连任，但他在2019年区议会选举，败给人民力量执行委员、黄大仙东头（前）社区主任温子众。
