教宗圣斐理斯三世（拉丁语：Sanctus Felix PP. III）于483年3月13日－492年2月25日或492年3月1日在位为教宗[1]。

事实上依照天主教官方的教宗年谱中斐理斯三世应当是斐理斯二世。然而在教宗利伯略因支持亚塔纳修而遭到皇帝君士坦提乌斯二世流放的两年期间，曾有位教士以斐理斯二世之称号自命教宗，并在利伯略回归后被驱除。这导致在斐理斯三世就任时误称自己为三世。[2]
