张承吉（韩语：장승길，1948年—），朝鲜外交官，曾任驻埃及大使，他和其妻子于1997年8月25日于开罗失踪。同期，他于巴黎从事贸易的弟弟张承柱和家人也不知所终，分析相信他们已脱离朝鲜并定居于美国，但美方一直未有评论此事。
