生平
出生于山东省济南市。现任山水水泥有限责任公司、中国山水水泥集团有限公司(0691.HK)董事长及常务董事。毕业于南开大学工商管理硕士学位。值得一提，他在1986年任山东水泥厂（山东水泥厂有限公司的前身）厂长，2001年委任山东山水水泥常务董事及总裁，曾任济南市建材局局长、中国水泥协会副会长，以及中国企业家协会常务理事。
