吴祐任（1993年11月15日—）为台湾男子篮球运动员，场上位置为控球后卫，毕业于永靖国中、能仁家商、国立体育大学，2016年7月在超级篮球联赛新人选秀会第二轮被台湾银行选中[1][2]，2021年夏天转战裕隆纳智捷[3]。2023年11月吴祐任因吴季颖涉嫌打假球案遭台湾士林地方检察署约谈，复讯后以新台币30万元交保，并限制其住居[4]；裕隆纳智捷表示经检察官谕令声押或交保之球员会依约终止契约[5]。中华民国篮球协会召开纪律委员会，依据“中华民国篮球协会职业联盟、球队暨球员、职员、经纪人与经纪公司惩处办法”决议注销吴祐任的球员注册[6]。
