北安普敦郡旗（Northamptonshire flag）是英国英格兰北安普敦郡的正式标志之一，自2014年9月11日开始使用。北安普敦郡旗的旗帜图案是在红褐色底上有黄色十字，中央有玫瑰图案[1]。十字代表北安普敦郡地处英格兰的十字路口。旗帜的底色则来自于当地板球队和橄榄球队的代表色。这个方案由公投产生[2]。
