魏元帝

魏元皇帝奐，魏武帝孫，魏燕王宇子也。甘露中封安次縣常道鄉公，高貴鄉公被弑，司馬昭率公卿迎立之。在位六年，政歸司馬昭、司馬炎父子。司馬炎篡位，以晉代魏，廢帝為陳留王。晉惠帝太安元年，卒於鄴城，諡元。
