国际纯粹搭应用化学联合会（International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry，简称 IUPAC，读音：“优八克”），是一个致力于促进化学发展个非政府组织，也是各个国家化学会个一个联合组织。以公认个化学命名权威著称。命名搭符号分支委员会每年侪会得修改IUPAC命名法，来提供化合物命名个准确规则。IUPAC 也是国际科学理事会个会员之一。
