董昌（？-896），吴越临安人，唐帝国末年吴越地区个土豪。黄巢叛乱后，获得两浙地区个名义控制权。任义胜军节度使。公元895年，伊自立当皇帝，国号大越罗平国。弗过，因为实力原因，伊老快陷入困境，第二年就被钱镠灭脱哉。
