Wu can be written phonetically in 3 scripts, Zhuyin Fuhao, latin alphabet, and IPA. THe Zhuyin Fuhao and latin alphabet on this page also contain letters that are used for mandarin and not necesary for wu.

ㄠ has a different pronounciation for wu than mandarin, it will represent au like in august
or ㄠ=ˈɔː
, is an optional minimal vowel that accompanies ㄓ, ㄔ, ㄕ, ㄖ, ㄗ, ㄘ, ㄙ, and is represented as "i" in Hanyu Pinyin
There are 4 tones, and one "neutral tone" in standard mandarin. i use mandarin diacritics for wu. Note that the first tone has no didacritic and is represented as blank. They are listed in order below.

*These are the "muddy" initials found in Minnan and Wu dialects.
What makes Zhuyin a semi-syllabary is the fact it has "finals", like ㄢ (an), instead if just doing ㄚㄋ(an).
