Ipper-Ôostnryk (Duuts: Oberösterreich) is e dêelstoat (Bundesland) van Ôostnryk. D'n hoofdstad is Linz, ook de grotste stad van de dêelstoat. Ipper-Ôostnryk grenst an de landn Duutsland (Beyern) en Tsjechië en an d' Ôostnryksche dêelstoatn Neder-Ôostnryk, Steyermark en Salzburg. De noame is ofgeleid van 't vorstndom Österreich ob der Enns van 't vroegere eirtshertogdom Ôostnryk.
Ipper-Ôostnryk is traditioneel ingedêeld in vier streekn: Hausruckviertel, Innviertel, Mühlviertel, en Traunviertel.
