Østlandet of in 't nynorsk Austlandet (Ôostland) is één van de vuuf grote geografische regio's (Noors: landsdel, mv. landsdeler) van Noorweegn, geleegn in 't zuydôostn van 't land. 't Bestoat uyt de fylker Akershus, Buskerud, Østfold, Oslo, Innlandet, Vestfold en Telemark.
