سر فرینک ایتھلسٹین سویٹنہیم (انگریزی: Sir Frank Athelstane Swettenham) ایک برطانوی نوآبادیاتی منتظم تھا جو وفاقی مالے ریاستوں کا پہلا مقامی جنرل بنا۔ اس نے سلنگور، پیراک، نگری سمبیلان، پاہانگ کو کوالا لمپور میں مقیم رہائشی جنرل کی انتظامیہ کے اکھٹا کیا۔ اس نے 1 جولائی 1896ء سے 4 نومبر 1901ء تک خدمات سر انجام دیں۔
