เขตอุปราชแห่งริโอเดลาปลาตา (สเปน: Virreinato del Río de la Plata) เป็นเขตการปกครองของจักรวรรดิสเปน โดยพื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ทางตอนใต้ของทวีปอเมริกาใต้ ปัจจุบันได้แก่ประเทศอาร์เจนตินา ปารากวัย อุรุกวัย (บันดาโอริเอนตัล) โบลิเวีย และบางส่วนของบราซิล สเปนได้ตั้งเขตนี้ขึ้นอันเนื่องมาจากเกรงอิทธิพลอาณานิคมบราซิลของโปรตุเกสที่กำลังขยายมาทางทางตะวันตกอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยมีเมืองศูนย์กลางการปกครองคือ บัวโนสไอเรส
