ช็อกโกแลตทรัฟเฟิล (อังกฤษ: chocolate truffle) เป็นขนมหวานจากช็อกโกแลตชนิดหนึ่งโดยมีไส้เป็นช็อกโกแลตเหลวซึ่งมีครีมเป็นส่วนผสมหรือที่เรียกว่ากานัช และเคลือบตกแต่งด้วยแป้งโกโก้ มะพร้าวหรือถั่วชิ้นเล็ก ๆ[1] ปั้นเป็นรูปทรงกลม[2] โดยชื่อของขนมหวานมาจากลักษณะที่คล้ายคลึงกับทรัฟเฟิล เห็ดฝรั่งเศสชนิดหนึ่ง[2][1]
