ภาวะขาดน้ำ (อังกฤษ: dehydration) คือการที่ร่างกายมีปริมาตรน้ำในร่างกายทั้งหมดน้อยกว่าปกติ ทำให้เกิดความผิดปกติของกระบวนการเมแทบอลิซึมต่าง ๆ ของร่างกาย เกิดขึ้นเมื่ออัตราการสูญเสียน้ำออกจากร่างกายมากกว่าอัตราการได้รับน้ำเข้าสู่ร่างกาย อาจเกิดจากการออกกำลังกาย ความเจ็บป่วย หรืออุณหภูมิสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สูง
