สหการนิยม

สหการนิยม, สหกรณ์นิยม หรือ ซินดิคัลลิสต์ (อังกฤษ: syndicalism) เป็นกระแสปฏิวัติภายในขบวนการแรงงาน ซึ่งผ่านสหภาพแรงงานอุตสาหกรรม มุ่งหวังที่จะรวมกลุ่มแรงงานตามอุตสาหกรรม และเรียกร้องความต้องการผ่านการนัดหยุดงาน โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อควบคุมปัจจัยการผลิตและเศรษฐกิจ โดยรวมผ่านความเป็นเจ้าของทางสังคม ขบวนการสหภาพแรงงานถูกพัฒนาขึ้นในฝรั่งเศสช่วงปลายคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19 และมีอิทธิพลสูงสุดในขบวนการสังคมนิยมในสมัยระหว่างสงครามและก่อนสงครามโลกครั้งที่สองจะปะทุ

ศัพท์บัญญัติ

5. เห็นสหภาพแรงงานเป็นพื้นฐานของสังคมหลังทุนนิยม

คำจำกัดความนี้ไม่รวม IWW และ สหภาพใหญ่เดียวแคนาดา (OBU) ซึ่งมุ่งที่จะรวมคนงานทั้งหมดไว้ในองค์กรเดียว ปีเตอร์สันเสนอขอบเขตของกลุ่มสหภาพแรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปฏิวัติในหมวดหมู่ที่กว้างขึ้นเพื่อรวมกลุ่มสหการนิยม และกลุ่มต่าง ๆ เช่น IWW และ OBU และอื่น ๆ

หลักการ
