ไอแลนด์เรเคิดส์ (อังกฤษ: Island Records) เป็นค่ายเพลงอังกฤษ-จาเมกา มีเจ้าของคือ ยูนิเวอร์แซลมิวสิกกรุป ก่อตั้งในปี ค.ศ. 1959 โดย คริสต์ แบล็กเวลล์, แกรเม กูดออลล์ และเลสลี คอง ที่ประเทศจาเมกา[1] ท้ายสุดขายต่อให้โพลีแกรมเมื่อปี 1989 ค่ายไอแลนด์และเอแอนด์เอ็มเรเคิดส์ที่ถูกโพลีแกรมซื้อมานั้น ณ ช่วงเวลานั้น ถือเป็นค่ายเพลงอิสระที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ โดยไอแลนด์ได้มีอิทธิพลสำคัญต่อวงการดนตรีหัวก้าวหน้าในสหราชอาณาจักรในต้นคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1970
