เซปทัวจินต์ (อังกฤษ: Septuagint, /ˈsɛptjuədʒɪnt/ sep-tew-ə-jint)^[1] บางครั้งเรียกในชื่อ พันธสัญญาเดิมภาษากรีก (อังกฤษ: Greek Old Testament) หรือ สารบบเจ็ดสิบ (อังกฤษ: The Translation of the Seventy; กรีกโบราณ: Ἡ μετάφρασις τῶν Ἑβδομήκοντα, อักษรโรมัน: Hē metáphrasis tôn Hebdomḗkonta) และมักใช้อักษรย่อว่า LXX^[2] เป็นคัมภีร์ฮีบรูฉบับแปลเป็นภาษากรีกจากต้นฉบับภาษาฮีบรูที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดที่ยังหลงเหลืออยู่^[3][4] ชื่อเต็มของเซปทัวจินต์ในภาษากรีกมาจากเรื่องราวที่บันทึกในจดหมายของอาริสเตียสถึงฟิโลกราตีสว่า "กฎหมายชาวยิว" ได้รับการแปลเป็นภาษากรีกตามพระบัญชาของฟาโรห์ทอเลมีที่ 2 ฟิลาเดลฟัส (285–247 ก่อนคริสตกาล) โดยผู้แปลชาวฮีบรู 72 คน ซึ่งมาจากแต่ละเผ่าของสิบสองเผ่าของชาวอิสราเอล เผ่าละ 6 คน^[5][6][7]
