เกาะอเล็กซานเดอร์ (อังกฤษ: Alexander Island) เป็นเกาะที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในแอนตาร์กติกา ตั้งอยู่ในทะเลเบลลิงเชาเซน ทางทิศตะวันตกของพาล์มเมอร์แลนด์ คาบสมุทรแอนตาร์กติกา
