ஓ. சோ. வேலுச்சாமி (O. S. Veluchami) என்பவா் இந்திய அரசியல்வாதியும் தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்ற முன்னாள் உறுப்பினரும் ஆவார். இவர் தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் கோவில்பட்டியினைச் சார்ந்தவர். இவர் பாளையங்கோட்டை தூய சவேரியார் கல்லூரியிலும் சென்னை, சென்னை சட்டக் கல்லூரியிலும் பயின்றுள்ளார். வேலுச்சாமி 1977ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற தமிழ்நாடு சட்டப்பேரவைத் தேர்தலில் ஒட்டபிடாராம் தொகுதியில் இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸ் வேட்பாளராகப் போட்டியிட்டுத் தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினராகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.[1] [2]
