Medh'hebet janë shkolla të Jurisprudencës Islame. Katër medhebet më të njohura dhe më të përhapura janë :
Medh'hebi Hanefi është shkolla e Jursiprudencës Islame e themeluar nga Imam Ebu Hanife.
Medh'hebi zyrtar i Komunitetit Mysliman Shqiptar është ai Hanefi.
Medh'hebi Hambeli është shkolla e Jursiprudencës Islame e themeluar nga Imam Ahmed ibn Hambel.
Medh’hebi i Kursnistave
Medh'hebi Shafi'i është shkolla e Jurisprudencës Islame e themeluar nga Imam Shafi’u.
Medh'hebi Maliki është shkolla e Jursiprudencës Islame e themeluar nga Imam Maliku.
