Haxhi Bendo Vasili ose Haxhi Bedo, i biri i ortodoksit Vaslilit feudal me origjinë nga Borshi, i cili ka qenë gjatë gjithe kohrave në shërbim të Ali Pashë Tepelenës dhe ka kryer mizori në fshatrat e Sulit (1805-1813). Vdiq se bashku me te vellain e tij Ali Vasilin duke luftuar kunder Sulioteve ne fushe te Mesollonjit.
Ai ndërtoi dhe rikonstruktoi për herë të fundit xhaminë e Sopotit në kështjellën e Sopotit të Borshit.
