Tobey Maguire (* 27. jún 1975, Santa Monica, Kalifornia, USA) je americký herec. Svoju hereckú kariéru začal v 80. rokoch 20. storočia rokoch a odvtedy sa preslávil hlavne postavou Petera Parkera (Spider-Mana) v sérii filmov Spider-Man v rokoch 2002 – 2007.
