Šen-čen (čín. 深圳市 – Šen-čen, pchin-jin: Shēnzhèn) je subprovinčné mesto v provincii Kuang-tung v južnej Číne, severne od Hongkongu. Je to centrum zahraničných investícií a od konca 70. rokov jedno z najrýchlejšie rastúcich miest na svete. Je tu aj druhý najvyťaženejší prístav v Číne po Šanghaji. V meste sídli niekoľko desiatok technologických startupov, ale aj veľké čínske technologické spoločnosti, taktiež sa tu vyrába viac ako 50% všetkej čínskej elektroniky. Práve preto mesto dostalo prezívku Silicon Valley Číny.
Má rozlohu 2 050 km² a počet obyvateľov v administratívnych hraniciach je 17 560 000 (v roku 2020).
Aj keď sa Šen-čen nachádza len trochu južne od obratníka Raka, vďaka sibírskej anticyklóne má teplé, monzúnové a vlhké subtropické podnebie, hoci je pomerne blízko tropickému. Zimy sú mierne a relatívne suché, čiastočne kvôli vplyvu Juhočínskeho mora.
