FDP.The Liberals (German: FDP.Die Liberalen, French: PLR.Les Libéraux-Radicaux, lit. 'LRP.The Liberal-Radicals', Italian: PLR.I Liberali Radicali, Romansh: PLD.Ils Liberals) is a liberal political party in Switzerland. The party has 29 seats in the National Council and has 12 seats in the Council of States.
The party's president is Thierry Burkart. The current FDP representatives in the Federal Council are Ignazio Cassis and Karin Keller-Sutter.
The FDP was founded in 2009 from a merger of the Free Democratic Party (FDP/PRD) and the Liberal Party (LPS/PLS).
