North Wales (Welsh: Gogledd Cymru) is the most northern region of Wales, a country in the United Kingdom.

It contains Northern Powys, Wrexham County Borough, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy County Borough, Gwynedd and Anglesey.

It is bordered by the Irish Sea to the north and west, the English counties of Cheshire and Shropshire to the east and South Wales to the south.
