Ninotchka is a 1939 American romantic comedy movie directed by Ernst Lubitsch and starring Greta Garbo, Melvyn Douglas, Ina Claire, Felix Bressart, Bela Lugosi, Gregory Gaye. It was distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and was nominated for 4 Academy Awards in 1940. It was remade as Silk Stockings in 1957.
