Napoleon complex or short man\woman syndrome is a proported mental illness and or personality trait associated with shorter than average people that supposedly makes such people overly aggressive, domineering and\or bossy to compensate for their short stature. The trait is named after Napoleon Bonaparte, who is often depicted as short.
