Nagano (city)

Nagano (Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Lang/configuration' not found.) is a city in Japan. It is the capital of Nagano Prefecture (Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Lang/configuration' not found.). Nagano has been recognized as a core city since 1999.[1]



As of October 1, 2007, 2,182,190 people lived in Nagano.
History
In 1998, the Olympic Games were held in Nagano.
