José Nicholas Théodore (born September 13, 1976) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. He played parts of eighteen seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played for the Montreal Canadiens, Colorado Avalanche, Washington Capitals, Minnesota Wild, and Florida Panthers. He also played for Djurgårdens IF of the Swedish Hockey League (SEL).

During his career in the NHL, Théodore won the Vezina and Hart trophies in 2001, as well as, the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy in 2010.

He would retire from playing professional ice hockey in 2013.[1] After retiring, Théodore became an analyst for TVA Sports and wrote a hockey column for Le Journal de Montréal newspaper.[2][3]
