The Apostolic Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Georgia (Georgian: საქართველოს სამოციქულო ავტოკეფალური მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესია), usually known as the Georgian Orthodox Church, is an autocephalous (meaning independent) Eastern Orthodox Church in full communion with the other churches of Eastern Orthodoxy. It is Georgia's main religious institution, and most Georgian people are members.

The church is one of the oldest churches in the world. Its claim to be apostolic, meaning that it can be traced back to the original disciples of Jesus. Its doctrine is similar to that of Eastern Orthodoxy with only some differences. The church is the most trusted institution in Georgia. According to a 2013 survey, 95% of respondents had a positive opinion of its work.
