George Gascón

George Gascón (born March 12, 1953) is an American attorney and former police officer. He has been the district attorney of Los Angeles County since 2020. He is a member of the Democratic Party.^[1] Gascón was the district attorney of San Francisco from 2011 to 2019. He lost his re-election campaign to Nathan Hochman in November 2024.
